Poster Continued...

I continued with my poster by adding the record label, Sony BMG. I then added the date of which then album would be released and also continued by adding some clubs at the bottom where Magma will be performing his number one tracks. To complete the poster i added in the bottom corner social networks, this being for the fans who would like to see more about Mamga and keep up to date on what he is doing.

Starting the poster

Today i started doing my poster, i wanted to follow the same conventions of my digi-pack, therefore i decided to keep the front cover the same. First of all i began by putting my front cover of my digi-pack on the front of the poster, after, i continued to follow the same font as of the digi-pack putting Magma on the front along with the album name at the top, i then continued working on the font by duplicating it giving it the colour effect similar to the digi-pack.

Bathroom and Bed scene

These are some of the pictures of our film shoot for our last location, our actress getting ready for bed and leading to her falling to sleep. These shots show our work of the shoot filming our actress with a range of different shots.

Bed scene

Today we shot the bed scene, which turned out to be very sufficient and very successful for our group. From this our group can now create our opening of the video because we have the footage to now edit.

Tiling

We decided to put in the tiling effect into our film, so today we decided to put small aspects of it into our footage to fill any little gaps to break up some of the shots. The screenshots below show our tiling into our timeline.

Extra work

Staying after school witrh the group we came across a new effect called tiling, this is when we take a shot and create it in a tiled effect, with every different shot a new tile effect is created, therefore we thought this would be a good effect to use because is matches in colour style and has the potential to look like disco effects.

Editing Colour match

When editing today, we worked on a colour match effect to brighten some shots. The screenshots below show the process we went through to create these colour matches. We first analyzed some of the shots we thought needed altering, from this we then colored the brightness of the shot to make it match with the others this using brightness and contrast tool.

Double Lesson

Today in our double lesson we continued to edit the middle part of our song trying not to leave no gaps in between parts to create a strong middle part of the song and video, We continued to trim certain part to fit in syncapation with the song but we having trouble lipsyncing, therefore we zoomed into the timeline lots to do a fine cutting process to trim even the slightest part.

Editing

Today i stayed after school with the group to continue editing our music video, we decided to keep adding our timelapses into the video and cutting to go in sync with the song. Today we worked very hard to get alot of work completed to therefore leave little work in the next few days. With these various shots of Hayley i created a quick sequence to precisely cut on the beat and to match the pace of the song..

Beggining to Edit

Today we began to edit with the footage with had. From this we decided to drag the opening shot of the London eye timelapse into final cut and place it where we would like and for what amount of time, then we worked on putting the timelapse into the middle of the song due to our other location, bed scene not being filmed yet.
